  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook Meats: In a large skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  • Layer Hash Browns: Spread thawed hash browns in prepared baking dish.
  • Make Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and spices. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  • Assemble: Sprinkle meats over hash browns. Pour egg mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake: Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until center is set.

 

  • Rest: Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
