  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20)

  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain grease. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in cheddar cheese; let melt slightly. Cool 5 minutes.

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment. Separate and flatten biscuits.

  3. Place a tablespoon of beef mixture in dough center. Fold dough around filling and pinch to seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet.

  4. Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool briefly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
