    • 2 cups (160g) rolled oats
    • 1/4 cup (50g) packed brown sugar
    • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate
    • 1 and 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup freshly brewed espresso, cooled

Instructions

  • Mix Coffee Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together cold brew concentrate and cooled espresso until combined.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Add rolled oats, brown sugar, chia seeds, and salt to the coffee mixture. Whisk until well combined.
  • Pour in Milk: Add almond milk and whisk again until smooth and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Divide and Store: Divide mixture evenly between 4 mason jars or containers with lids (about 3/4 cup each).
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until oats are soft and mixture is thick.

 

  • Serve: Stir well before eating and enjoy cold. Add toppings if desired.
