Ingredients

Scale
  • 2.25 pounds ground beef

  • 1 box (12 ounces) bowtie pasta (farfalle)

  • 1 large block Velveeta cheese (about 16 ounces), cubed

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.

  3. Lower heat to medium. Add Velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes to the beef. Stir until cheeses melt and sauce is smooth.

  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat pasta evenly with sauce. Season with salt to taste.

  5. Serve warm, garnished as desired.
