Delicious Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

  • 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

 

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Set aside.
  • Cook Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic butter mixture and let melt. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
  • Mix Cheeses: In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Assemble Wraps: Place tortillas on a flat surface. Divide cooked chicken among tortillas, placing in center. Top with cheese mixture. Fold in sides of tortilla, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
  • Cook Wraps: In the same skillet over medium heat, place wraps seam-side down. Cook 2-3 minutes until golden. Flip carefully and cook 2-3 minutes more until crispy and cheese is melted.

 

  • Serve: Let rest 2-3 minutes, then slice in half and serve warm.
