  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (113g) butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces (226g) whipped topping, thawed

For the Toppings:

  • 34 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup (245g) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup (80g) maraschino cherries, halved
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate pieces or chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  • Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly moistened. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Using a hand or stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Gently fold in whipped topping until mixture is light and uniform.
  • Assemble Layers: Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over chilled crust. Arrange banana slices in a single layer over cream cheese. Distribute drained crushed pineapple evenly over bananas.
  • Add Toppings: Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the fruit layer. Top with dollops or swirls of whipped cream. Scatter maraschino cherry halves and chocolate pieces across the top.
  • Chill: Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight to allow layers to set properly.

  • Serve: Cut into squares and serve chilled. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
