8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1/3 cup mixed olives, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup marinated artichokes, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
Soften cream cheese at room temperature until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan, and parsley.
Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Fold gently until evenly mixed.
Shape mixture into a log on plastic wrap and wrap tightly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Unwrap and place on serving platter. Garnish with rosemary and cranberries.
Slice and serve with crackers or veggies.
