Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

  • 1/3 cup mixed olives, pitted and chopped

  • 1/4 cup marinated artichokes, chopped

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

  • Fresh cranberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Soften cream cheese at room temperature until smooth.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan, and parsley.

  • Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Fold gently until evenly mixed.

  • Shape mixture into a log on plastic wrap and wrap tightly.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  • Unwrap and place on serving platter. Garnish with rosemary and cranberries.

 

  • Slice and serve with crackers or veggies.
