Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped small
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped small
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium seed husks
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 and 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon ghee, melted
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

 

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, flax seeds, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, psyllium seed husks, psyllium husk powder, chia seeds, and sea salt.
  • Prepare Wet Ingredients: Melt coconut oil and ghee. Let cool slightly. Mix with water, maple syrup, and honey.
  • Combine: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix well until thick dough forms.
  • Rest: Cover bowl with towel. Let sit 3 hours at room temperature.
  • Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Press dough into greased 7.5 x 3.5 inch loaf pan. Bake 20 minutes until golden.

 

  • Cool: Let cool in pan for 1 hour before removing and slicing.
