  • 46 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

 

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken dry and place in prepared baking dish.
  • Make Coating: Mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat Chicken: Spread mixture evenly over chicken pieces.
  • Prepare Topping: Crush crackers and mix with melted butter.
  • Add Topping: Sprinkle cracker mixture over coated chicken.
  • Bake: Bake 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

 

  • Rest and Serve: Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
