Easy Strawberry Basil Sparkling Water

  • 810 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 68 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cups (720ml) sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes

 

  • 24 lemon slices

Instructions

  • Prepare Fruit: Wash and slice strawberries into thin pieces. Rinse basil leaves and pat dry.
  • Muddle: Divide strawberries and basil between two tall glasses. Use a muddler or spoon to gently press and crush them together for about 15 seconds.
  • Add Ice: Fill each glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour Water: Slowly pour sparkling water into each glass, filling almost to the top.
  • Garnish: Add lemon slices to each glass. Add an extra basil leaf for decoration if desired.

 

  • Serve: Stir gently and enjoy immediately while cold and bubbly.
