Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
  • 2 large mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cored and chunked
  • 1 large papaya, seeded and cubed
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Prepare Large Fruits: Wash all fruits. Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes, removing seeds. Peel and dice mangoes. Remove papaya seeds and cut into chunks.
  • Cut Medium Fruits: Remove pineapple core and cut into pieces. Peel oranges and separate into segments. Peel kiwi and slice, then quarter each slice.
  • Add Bananas: Peel and slice bananas just before mixing to prevent browning.
  • Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk lime juice and honey until honey dissolves completely.
  • Combine: Place all fruits in a large bowl. Pour honey-lime dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat.
  • Finish: Sprinkle coconut flakes over the top and give one final gentle stir.

  • Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Serve chilled.
